I am a LEAP-trained and accredited Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) Practitioner with a lifelong connection to horses.
I’ve volunteered with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) in the UK for over five years and joined the team at REACH in 2024.
I offer EFL sessions for individuals and groups, creating a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space. With the horses as active partners in the process, participants are invited to slow down, notice and explore a their understanding of themselves and those around them.
